Bouncer

I can't believe little Easton is big enough to try out a bouncer!!

He should still be this small.

He liked it so much he fell asleep in it!

Champ

I have always been afraid of dogs until this little guy won me over. He is Casey's parent's dog and I just love him. He is such a happy little guy that just wants to play. Last year he had a knee problem and there was the possibility that he would have to be put down. I am so glad he wasn't and that Easton will get to play with him!

This is him in Casey's bag. We think it's cause he didn't want us to leave.

Lifesaver

My dear sister Andrea watches Easton while I am at work. I don't know if I will ever be able to truly repay her. Just the piece of mind that I have knowing that Easton is with family that LOVE him and with someone that I may even trust more than myself when it comes to being a mom, is priceless.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, Andrea.

Valentine's Day

So I really should check my blog more often. I did this and posted this picture on the blog last year:

Then yesterday I logged in and saw that there had been a lot of traffic on my blog. Not really knowing much about blogs and just clicked somewhere and it brought me to that post and there were 188 comments on it! I had written on the post that if anyone wanted me to send them the sayings, just to e-mail me... so there were that many people wanting me to e-mail them the sayings! I think what happened is someone pinned it to pinterest and with Valentine's Day coming up.... BANG!

  ***UPDATE***

I made these just a little bit cuter and put them on my ETSY for everyone to enjoy :) It comes with 24 Valentines so you can pick the ones you like best, and also a blank page in case you want to fill out your own. You will get my Microsoft Word and Publisher files for those who may want to change it a bit, and also a PDF for easy printing.

And as a bonus, you'll also get a template page so you can make your own :)

ALSO - Check out these Risqued Valentines!!

After doing the above Valentines, so many people were interested that with the help and suggestions of some of my friends and family, I decided to also make these sayings for married couples! This is meant to be for fun and I really hope it doesn't offend anyone. Great to celebrate a wedding anniversary - give them a different treat each day leading up to your anniversary! You can do this for the couple weeks before, or even the month of your anniversary (depending on how far into the month your anniversary is :).

Family

Andrea might think that I'm doing her a favor when I watch her kids... but the truth is, I think I have just as much fun as them. Just look at that cute smile... over a vacuum! Livie is such a cute little helper that I actually get a lot of house work done when they come over... cause she has FUN doing it! I love making cookies with her and seeing how happy that makes her. My favorite though is how delighted she is over vacuuming. She truly is a Godfrey. This handheld vacuum was a huge hit... they even fought over it and the popcorn mess was cleaned up in no time :)

Candy Machine

This little thing has made me so HAPPY! I'm feel like a little kid again. With Andrea watching Easton, I get to see her kids a lot more. I told them I was getting a candy machine that was like magic and all you had to do was wave your hand under it and candy would come out!!

I think because they were so into it, I got super into it and even made a special trip to Costco to buy the candy. I bought it off Amazon and the first one I got didn't work!! I was SO MAD. They sent me another one next day and this one is much better. The kids haven't even come to use it yet, but I am so excited for each time they come in to work, they can have some candy :)

p.s. I also have a drawer that I put gummy bears in and told them its a "secret drawer" just for them. Gosh I am a cool aunt!!

Chris Heimerdinger

So my husband is pretty much obsessed with the Tennis Shoes Among the Nephites series. He is such a dork. He pretty much compares any and every book out there to not being as AWESOME as Tennis Shoes. It's actually pretty adorable if you ask me.

The other day my mom and I went to Costco and look who we ran into! The author. I couldn't resist asking him for a picture and I told him that Casey was his biggest fan (probably true!). I also got him to sign a book for Casey. Wife of the year award!!
