Start them while they are young....

Yep, I'm joining the bandwagon and blaming McDonald's for America's obesity... haha! We had some free time on Saturday and Casey and I were trying to think of things to do. I had heard that the McDonalds by the Provo mall had a pretty cool play area for babies... so we decided to check it out. Easton was in HEAVEN. He absolutely loves the slides and stairs. Add chowing down on McDonalds french fries between trips to the slide... and Casey and I felt about as enabling as a drug dealer.

Then later that day we were just hanging out when Casey and I left the room for just a second. When we went back in, Easton had climbed all the way up the couch to the light switch. Have I mentioned how much he LOVES light switches? haha

The cold outside has totally been killing me. I can't go on bike rides, I can't go to the park by our house... I can't even go on walks! So... I've totally become a mall walker. I've only gone a few times... but 1 lap around the mall = 1 mile. Perfect. And everyone is so friendly... it's kinda nice! Then after we go on a walk... I let Easton play on the treehouse. It's nothing really that special... but there is a staircase and a slide. Perfect again! The only problem is getting him off... I have to pry him off the slide then he makes a big scene kicking and screaming. And he's only 1. Awesome.

 Just hanging out on Christmas... and SUPER SUPER excited about my new BOSCH!!

We have been waiting since we got married to get a Bosch. We almost bought a kitchen aid... but then decided to wait until we can afford a Bosch. Well, FIVE years later.... I am super excited, and so is Casey whether he knows it or not!

Christmas Parties

 This year for the Fab 7 Christmas party we went up to Becca's and had dinner... and can I just say our culinary skills have moved UP since highschool?  We had yummy spaghetti, and amazing salad and then probably the best rolls i've ever had! I can't take credit for anything... I just brought a bought dessert... but MAN, was it yummy!!

Then I just had to post about my new favorite gift I've ever gotten from a co-worker. Everyone on our staff is LDS, and Sandy who gave these to us is the best gift giver ever. This year I think she wanted to make it just a little funny and gave us this Christmas ornament and some garments. HALARIOUS! 

Lately...

 We are SO SO SO excited that Baby Jett is here. He is so darling! Next to Easton... he is so small and it's so nice to hold a newborn again! It really made me realize how much Easton has grown! Jordan and Kryshelle are going to be just good parents and I'm so excited for Easton to have a fun buddy (one that looks like him too)!

 My birthday.... turned 26!! I'm SO OLD!

We went to Cheesecake Factor for lunch a couple days after my birthday, YMM! (it was to make up for going to a nasty Italian restuarant in Provo on my actual birthday)

We were up at my parents and decided to let Easton try the upright car seat... he's over 22 pounds and we were just going around the corner. He was in heaven! It's like he couldn't believe that he could see out while in the car and didn't have to sit in his other car seat where he just stares at the ceiling. This was on the ride there... then on the way home he was even happier cause it was dark outside and he could see all the lights! It was so stinking cute.

Thanksgiving

 I didn't get any pictures of our actual Thanksgiving dinner... but here is a few things we did over the break...

Casey plays football with his buddies every year. It's a lot of the same people who played together in highschool and last year their highschool coach even showed up! They've been playing at the American Fork Fitness Center... that's where Casey and I met. I took Easton to the exact spot I was standing, when I met his dad :)

We went on a walk with Champ and grandma....

 We went to Cabela's and saw the fish....

And we went shopping at the Outlet's...
