Easton's First Kiss

Last Sunday in sacrament meeting Easton was totally eyeing this cute litte girl. They started to play a little bit and Easton tried to get her cracker out of her hand. She wasn't about to give up her cracker so she got away from Easton and walked away. The next look on her face was priceless! Its like she felt bad so she walked right up to Easton and gave him a kiss right on the lips. It was SO CUTE. Then a few minutes later they were sitting there and she stands up. Easton looks at her like "OH YA" and goes from his stomach to sitting like he could totally own her. It was a very entertaining sacrament meeting!!

 I love my happy little boy with all my heart...

                     

On Saturday we got to go watch Chase's soccer game. He is such a STUD! He scored like 8 goals like it was nothing. And even though it was during Easton's nap time, he was so entertained by the ball! Tyler also shared his blue football which was really nice. Easton's fourth word, BALL. (First was Dad, then mom, third was more).

Roomate Reunion!

 I was lucky enough to live with or right next door to all these lovely ladies my freshman year of college, and then continue to live with or close to until I got married. They have been with me through so much and I was so lucky to have them!



Halloween Sophmore Year

Last week we had a little reunion... it's been seven years since freshman year when we all met. I can't believe it's been so long! We went up to Salt Lake for the night, went to dinner, went hot tubbing, had a dance party and basically laughed all night long. I had SUCH a good time, probably the funnest night I've had in years! It was a blast to tease each other about old habits and celebrate new accomplishments. I loved reminiscing and the gossip (haha). THANK YOU for making me laugh so much, especially you, ANNA! 

I hate my clothes.

Please tell me I'm not the only one that feels like this. I want to throw absolutely everything in my closet away and start fresh. I am so tired of looking at the same stuff over and over. I can't justify buying new clothes because I totally have plenty. It took me like WAY too long the other to get ready... and I even had to ask my sisters to help me! Even looking at these pictures now is stressing me out.

I love my job but I really miss when I would wear scrubs to work everyday!!

                                                                

11 Months

I feel like I say this every month... I can't believe my little angel is already 11 months!! Poor little guy was SUPER sick. It broke my heart to hear him whimpering. He must have had a sore throat because everytime he swallowed he would pretty much cry after. I wanted so badly to be sick in his place. He slept a ton, but when he wasn't sleeping you could tell he felt miserable.  

 There were a few things that cheered him up for a few minutes...

 But mostly, he just wanted to sleep.

Rachel's Visit

Rachel is one of my best friends from North Carolina. She had a family wedding and was able to come out to Utah and stay with Casey and I! It was so so nice to catch up with such a good friend and get to know her adorable little family. Her visit definately made me miss North Carolina and all the wonderful people I care about out there.

Watch out everyone!! Casey made from SCRATCH spinach whole wheat noodles!! Yah, don't worry... it was totally for class and this was him doing his homework, but I'm still proud of him! Still working on him making dinner a time or two ;)

Then my accomplishment for the YEAR would be fitting back into this little thing. My goal was to fit back into my wedding dress before Easton turned 1. I'm so proud that I did it! Now I have a little more to go... but at least I made this milestone!

 We also did a little updating to our place. I realized that these black window drapes made our living room look smaller. I wanted something lighter. My mom helped me, and I am happy with this lighter blue! I wasn't sure if I would like them, but afterall I love our new pillows too! The drapes aren't the chrevron like I wanted, but I'm told chrevron wouldn't have looked good.
