Casey got the day program job!!! For as long as I've known Casey he has had a night positon at Heritage, which meant he worked until 10:30 every monday, tuesday and thursday night - and- he had to get up and be there by 6:30. As you can imagine that SUCKS. He recently applied and got position to be a day program couselor... his hours are now 6:45-2:45. WE HAVE NIGHTS NOW! I will actually see my husband during the week!! We can do so many of the things that we want to but couldn't before. Heck, we are actually going to have dinner together know so I'm going to have to learn how to cook! We can play sports, we can do things with family, we can see our friends... poeple don't have to schedule thier lives around us as much. Wow. I am so happy right now.
p.s. I am very proud of Casey for getting it. There were quite a few poeple who applied for it and were as qualified for the job. Casey, being as awesome as he is, GOT IT!

Park City Girls Night
Park City. Six Girls. Condo. Pizza. Chocolate. What more could a girl ask for? Last friday night, the night Casey left to go to San Diego with his friends to watch football, a bunch of us girls took off to party in Park City. We had so much fun. The first thing we did when we got there was hit up a Pizza place on main street. Hayley had been there before and it was the perfect place. Then we walked around main strett... couldn't resist filling up on chocolate and looking around really cool bookstores. Then we went to the church's Family Tree Center. Hayley and I tried to figure out exaclty how we are related... not so much luck. Next time we'll go back with a few names and dates. We went back to the condo and all our plans of venturing to the grocery store for junk food and loud music kinda disappeared as we got into discussion. If there's one thing we do well, it's talk. After a good 5 hours of that, we decided to fall asleep.
The next day we got up and Hayley make her famous (i think because they are so freaking good they should be famous) waffles and homemade syrup. We also had hashbrows, apples, and bacon. Good hearty breakfast for a day of shopping. We hit up some garage sales, TJ max and the outlets. I would say it was a very successful trip. Then we went to see "Where the wild things are." Not exactly my kind of movie, but the other girls seemed to like it. I would have to say it was an AWESOME trip. Thanks, girls!
